Shop Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for purchasing products and using related services offered on the online shop operated by NEO Timeslip (hereinafter referred to as "the Shop").
Customers shall use the Shop after agreeing to these Terms of Service.
Article 2 (Orders and Formation of Sales Contract)
An order placed by a customer constitutes an offer to purchase the product.
A sales contract shall be formed when the Shop receives the order and accepts it.
Due to sales status and inventory management, products may become out of stock even after an order has been placed. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and any paid product fees will be promptly refunded.
Article 3 (Sales Price)
The sales price of products shall be the price displayed on each product page.
All displayed prices include tax.
Shipping fees and other necessary costs shall be displayed separately.
Article 4 (Payment)
Payment can be made using the payment methods provided by the Shop.
Payments will be processed according to the terms of service of each payment service provider.
Article 5 (Shipping and Delivery)
Products will be shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping is limited to Japan.
Shipping or delivery may be delayed due to weather, disasters, circumstances of the shipping company, or other unavoidable reasons.
The Shop shall consider delivery to the customer completed upon delivery of the product to the shipping address specified at the time of order.
Article 6 (Returns and Exchanges)
Returns and exchanges shall be subject to the separately stipulated "Return and Refund Policy."
The Shop does not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, except in cases of initial defects or incorrect shipments.
Article 7 (About Products)
The Shop handles Japanese vintage clothing and used items.
While we strive to accurately describe the condition of products, due to the nature of vintage items, there may be signs of use, color variations, textures, small scratches, or dirt due to age.
While we endeavor to make product images as close to the actual color as possible, the actual color may appear different depending on your viewing environment.
Article 8 (Prohibited Matters)
Customers shall not engage in the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Ordering with false information
- Use of fraudulent payment methods
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Shop
- Other acts that the Shop deems inappropriate
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Shop shall not be liable for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, communication failures, circumstances of the shipping company, or other reasons not attributable to the Shop.
Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to text, images, logos, designs, and other content published on the Shop belong to the Shop or the legitimate right holders.
It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or perform other similar acts without the permission of the Shop.
Article 11 (Changes to Terms of Service)
The Shop may change these Terms of Service as necessary.
The revised Terms of Service shall become effective from the time they are posted on this website.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms of Service shall be governed by Japanese law.
Any dispute arising concerning these Terms of Service or the use of the Shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Shop as the court of first instance.
