These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the website and online store (the “Service”) operated by NEO Time Slip (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Service or placing an order with us, you are deemed to have reviewed these Terms and the policies we publish.

Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to browsing our online store, using account features, placing orders, making purchases, submitting inquiries, and any other use of the Service.

Conditions of Use

Please provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order, registering an account, or submitting an inquiry.

Accounts

If you use a customer account, you are responsible for managing your login information.

You may not transfer, lend, or sell your account to a third party.

If you suspect misuse or unauthorized use of your account by a third party, please contact us promptly.

Products

Our products are primarily vintage and secondhand items.

Unlike new products, they may show signs of use and age, including scratches, stains, fading, changes in the fabric, repair marks, and other conditions.

We provide information about each item’s condition to the extent possible through the product description and photographs of the actual item. Before ordering, please review the product description, measurements, materials, condition, and photographs of the actual item.

Items are measured by hand, so measurements may vary slightly depending on the measuring method.

Colors displayed on your screen may differ from those of the actual item due to your device, screen settings, lighting, or other viewing conditions.

AI-Generated Images

Our product pages, LOOK images, BUY images, and other content may include images of items being worn that have been generated or edited using AI.

AI-generated images are intended to illustrate how an item may look when worn or styled. They are not photographs of the actual item.

Please refer to the product description and photographs of the actual item for its actual condition, color, texture, pattern, shape, and included accessories.

If an AI-generated image differs from the product description or photographs of the actual item, the product description and photographs of the actual item take precedence.

Orders and Formation of a Sales Contract

Completing the checkout process constitutes an offer to purchase from us.

A sales contract between you and us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

However, even after an order confirmation email has been sent, we may cancel the order after contacting you in the following cases:

• Payment is not completed.

• There is an error or duplication in our inventory records.

• There is an obvious error in the product price or other listing information.

• Order information or shipping details contain significant omissions or errors.

• A fraudulent order or other misuse is suspected.

• We cannot sell or ship the item due to laws, shipping restrictions, or other reasons.

• The total product value purchased in one day is JPY 200,000 or more.

• Other unavoidable circumstances make it difficult to accept the order.

If we cancel an order and have already received payment for the products, we will generally refund that payment to the original payment method.

One-of-a-Kind Items and Inventory

As a general rule, only one of each item is available.

The same item may be offered through our online store, ZenMarket, ZenPlus, or other sales channels.

There may be a delay in updating inventory information. If orders for the same item overlap across multiple sales channels, we will give priority to the order confirmed first and may cancel and refund the other orders.

Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed on each product page and at checkout.

For shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, local consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, and other costs in addition to the product price, please refer to our Shipping Policy and Disclosures under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

The timing of the actual charge or withdrawal is governed by the terms of your credit card company, financial institution, or payment service provider.

Shipping

Shipping conditions for products purchased directly from us are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Please provide accurate information, including the recipient’s name, shipping address, postal code, phone number, and any other details necessary for delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, prolonged absence, refusal to accept delivery, or other circumstances attributable to you, you may be responsible for return shipping and reshipment costs.

Shipment or delivery may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Other Charges

Customs duties, import taxes, local consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges that may arise from international shipping are the recipient’s responsibility.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees unless we collect them at checkout.

If an item is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties or similar charges, refusal to accept delivery, or other circumstances attributable to you, we may deduct return shipping costs and other actual expenses we incur from the refund.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations after ordering are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because our products are one-of-a-kind items, we generally cannot offer exchanges for the same item.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or refunds for personal reasons, or cancellations for personal reasons once an order has been confirmed.

If applicable laws grant you rights that differ from these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy, those laws will take precedence.

Purchases Through ZenMarket or ZenPlus

For products purchased through ZenMarket or ZenPlus, the sales conditions, payment terms, shipping fees, delivery conditions, contact deadlines, return conditions, cancellation conditions, procedures, and fees displayed by the service through which you purchase apply.

Please contact ZenMarket or ZenPlus regarding accounts, payments, international shipping, or other services provided by those platforms.

Our Relationship with Shopify

The system supporting the Service is provided by Shopify.

Product sales through our online store take place between you and us. Shopify is not the seller of the products.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is handled.

Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you must not engage in the following activities:

• Violating laws or public order and morals

• Providing false or inaccurate information

• Misusing another person’s information, account, or payment method

• Infringing rights relating to the Service, our rights, or the rights of third parties

• Interfering with the operation of the Service

• Gaining unauthorized access or using viruses or other harmful programs

• Collecting information or images from the Service in bulk, reproducing them, or using them commercially without our permission

If prohibited activities are confirmed, we may cancel orders, suspend account access, or take other necessary action.

Copyrights, trademark rights, and other rights relating to text, images, videos, logos, designs, and other content published on the Service belong to us or the respective legitimate rights holders.

Beyond the scope of personal use, you may not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use such content without permission from us or the relevant rights holder.

Rights to brand names, logos, trademarks, and similar elements displayed on products belong to their respective rights holders.

Changes to and Suspension of the Service

We may modify or temporarily suspend all or part of the Service due to maintenance, technical failures, security needs, legal compliance, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Except in emergencies, we will, to the extent possible, post notices on the Service regarding changes or suspensions that significantly affect customers.

Scope of Liability

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product information and the proper provision of the Service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for delays or suspension of the Service caused by weather, natural disasters, communication failures, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms do not exclude our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

They also do not limit your rights under the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory provisions of applicable law.

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms when necessary, including in response to changes in laws or the content of the Service.

The revised Terms apply to use of the Service and orders placed on or after the effective date published on the Service.

Sales contracts formed before the changes will remain subject to the Terms applicable at the time of the order, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with you.

Where required by law, we will provide notice of the changes through an appropriate method.

Governing Law

These Terms and transactions between you and us are governed by Japanese law to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If the mandatory laws of your country or region of residence grant you rights that differ from those under Japanese law, those laws will take precedence.

Language

These Terms are originally written in Japanese.

If there is any discrepancy between a translation and the Japanese text, the Japanese text will take precedence to the extent permitted by applicable law.
